SEP 2008 WordPress Integration. Create wordpress mini-sites using your OR DATA. See blog for properties 1,2,5,6 and compare it to the listings in this OR Site. They are on different servers. The Wordpress is accessing an XML feed from this server and cacheing it.
JULY 2008 The addon has been completely re-written. It now comes in 2 versions, a "lite" and a "pro". This site (Pocono Demo OR220) demonstrates the "jACPro" version. The "jACLite" version is at the jACLite Demo Site Both versions are confirmed working with OR 2.2 and OR 2.5

Pocono Condos

This is a demo of integrating Open-Realty Listing Application with jAC TherentalCalendar availability calendar library using an ADDON. The data here is not for real properties. You are invited to add your own sample data to see how it may work for you. Read more on the ABOUT page. This is a DEMO site, so sometimes you will see a glitch here and there. New ideas are always being tried out and tested. Also, I am not a web designer, but a backend programmer, so excuse many of the unfinished CSS styling.

Our vacation rental homes and condos are all located at Big Boulder Lake and Ski Resort and the Jack Frost Ski Resort.  These 2 resorts are about 10 miles apart, but are owned by the same company. (even their lift tickets are good at both resorts!). Vacation Rental Seekers

All of the vacation rentals are managed by the OWNER of the property. The site will help you find an available home, condo, or townhome for the vacation dates you are interested in. Don't waste time sending emails to properties that you can't even be sure are available. Once you found a property that meets your needs, you can send an email or go directly to the owner's website where you can usually find an extensive amount of additional information.

You also can register for free as a vacation seeker. This will allow you to bookmark your favorite properties. Read more about becoming a registered seeker!

Vacation Rental Providers

If you own and manage a property in the Poconos Big Boulder or Jack Frost Resorts, consider listing your property on this unique site. The site is small and has a limited number of properties. It is easy for seekers to focus on the resort area and find available condos quickly. You can link to your own websites to provide additional information to users.
